Article 9, paragraph 1 does not apply here, as individuals have provided explicit consent for the processing of their personal data for specified purposes. Sharing sensitive information is entirely voluntary, and individuals can opt out at any time and request the deletion of their data. However, information already shared with email subscribers cannot be deleted from their mailboxes by me.
