Which is more useful to watch: what somebody says in a fight, or what they do the next morning?

Both, but actions in the fight matter more imo, because many people just do a factory reset when they sleep... especially people without a conscience.

What they do. Anybody can say anything.

Great question. It depends on the person and what was said the night before.

Exactly like it never happened greeted with a hug and a kiss or or the silent treatment. The hug and a kiss feels more evil of the two.

Both, patterns dont lie. If they cuss u out in a fight then pretend nothing happened the next morning consistently chances are they believe using u as an emotional dumping ground is normal. Especially if when communication has no resolution ever. Its toxic.
