Is there an age you stop blaming your upbringing and start owning it, or is that the wrong question?

What we went through is an explanation for how we trauma survivors see and experience the world. And with that we can work on healing biases and projections. Cause and effect.

I chose to use it as learning what not to do. Didn’t help some people want to be a victim and have something to be angry about.

Start owning, i.e, accepting your upbringing? Just asking for clarification.

It would have been a lot easier knowing what a narcissist was decades before figuring it out. Then there's the age-old problem of attracting the same type over and over. Really skews the arc of life.
